Problem with the automatic

I have a problem some comes and go.

Sometime when I drive, the automatic gear shift bad, when it`s shift from 3rd to
overdrive its shift bad, not smooth like normal shift, I change the input speed senor x 2, the tech 2 machine diagonse told that was wrong. and its still wrong bad.

But if I disconnect the - cable from the batteris and put it back on, the cars run well.

Go for a drive when it's acting funny, don't kill it and then get the codes scanned.

You really need a OBD-II scan tool that can read real time and see the codes generated to see what the codes are for the transmission that's causing the harsh shifting.

Most likely it's a shift solenoid (they're pretty common for failure).

My 1-2 noid is like this...

But w/o the code it's hard to diagnose why the transmission is raising the line pressure and going into one of it's lovely limp modes.
