I notice in a search that there have been a few references to the 'Autoenginuity' scanner package. Has anyone been using it for a while? It seems quite complete, at least on their website. If it does what they say, it's probably worth it. But I'm wondering how far it'll go with ABS, Transmission etc. Any experiences in those areas?
Thanks,
Chris

I think I read - GMC Hauler noted that there was an annual fee / renewal on the software. Suggest you also look into the CarCode package and compare. Reiterate - this is hazy recollection.
Are you a "member"? ( don't know how this section stuff works) I think the reference was up in the 6.5 section.
EDIT - From that thread:
"I do use the Autoenginutiy software. One thing that was not made aware to me is the enhanced feature you purchase is only good for one year. I've discussed this with the owner, but not to my satisfaction. I am on hold right now with this device pending other avenues.
It was instrumental in finding a problem recently. see post http://www.thedieselpageforums.com/t...t=transmission (http://www.thedieselpageforums.com/tdpforum/showthread.php?t=23700&highlight=transmission)
By using the connected scanner and wiggling the wires, we found a broken wire at the connection to the sensor.
These tools work and are a great adition to any mechanic's garage."
