I've been off the BB's for a while. I finally started my mods.
4" SSD system went on great, had to make my own hangers though.
I just cut the OEM hangers off and welded them to the supplied clamps.
What a difference it makes in power, I can feel the increase and I can
here the turbo just a bit. Stock was to quiet, now my truck has some sound,
not too much it's real mellow at cruising speeds(1800-2500),but when you lay into that little pedal on the right "HELLO".

I'll be installing the crossover today, can't wait to here that turbo sing a bit
louder. Gauges are next, then boost controller, air box removal and new
intake filter set up.

Thanks for reading, comments welcome

What's the "SSD"? Where did you get it?

I ordered it from SS DIESEL SUPPLY. Great system, great price.

Cool, thanks.
Did you get the aluminized or the stainless?

Be sure to use a little penetrating oil on the crossover clamp bolts, they have a tendancy to twist off. I was fortunate and was left with enough to weld a nut onto and it came out easy as pie.

I got the aluminized. I also had to use a 3" clamp for the front hanger.

got my gauges this weekend too, just need to install them.

farmboy 1989, yeah I use some liquid wrench on the bolts. it was easier that
I thought to change the cross over. I did have an issue with the crossover
being bent back, and not able to get to one bolt on each side, until I pushed
it toward the front with a pry bar.

I will start a new post w/ pics on that one.
