95 6.5TD Hard Starting

I have a 1995 6.5TD that is hard to start and loses power when accelerating. My trouble codes are 18, 19, 34, 35. I was told it was my IP but I would like to do some test to make sure its not something else before I spend a ton of money replacing my IP. Any help would be appreciated.

Since its your first post we don't know what you know or much of anything except you have codes. Fill out your signature and give more information about the health of the truck miles, condition, maintenance, modifications etc.

How much do you know about the truck and the 6.5. Introduce yourself short and sweet. Are you going to turn the wrenches or want to know what to expect from a garage? Basic first step diagnostic everytime for almost any and all issues:
Verify good fuel and supply (lift pump - oil pressure switch, and filter). Clean battery connections and grounds. Clear codes and reevaluate.
