I'm sure some of you have already done this, but I thought you might find this interesting. I got tired of having the block heater plug hanging out from under my hood (besides, doing this had caused my plug wire to fail). So I installed a Marinco 150BBI ( http://www.marinco.com/scpt/ProdPage.php?loadItem=150BBI_Marinco%20Shore%20Pow er ) On-Board Charger Inlet. I put it in the left corner of my front bumper. Here's a few pics (don't laugh at the colored zip-ties, it's all I had at the time):
