hello all, I currently have a 2004 ford with a leaky 6.0. I am thinking about getting a gmc crew cab 4x4 1 ton srw to pull a 13000 lb fifth wheel. How do you think it will handle it? Any input would be great. THANKS

my father in law has a 04 ford and he wants a LBZ real bad he pulls 18k around twice weekly. he has all the mods and his milage sucks

Ford has developed a new set of seals that prevent oil leaks where the turbo bolts onto the engine. Apparently, too many 6.0L owners experienced way too many leaks in that area. It is fixable....

It will handle it just fine the only differance is the ford is about 375 +/- lbs heaver than the GMC and with that said you fill the load a little more when towing other than that you will like the GMC it will do all you ask it to.
