Removing the 6.5 engine from 95 Yukon. What is the "best" way to undo all the electrical ? (I am more familiar with the early 6.2's which have almost no electrical). There are two big plugs going into the firewall, one by the glovebox, and one by the parking brake area. The one by the glove box looks real hard to unplug. Do I unplug all the individual connections at their ends? then lift the engine?

Unplug the two connectors at the rear of the valley behind the fuel filter. Take the wires off the starter, and maybe the glow plug controller and you should be about done.
