well lets see , I have a 1982 land cruiser running a 383 stroked SBC that died . so I have a 1991 chevy crew cab 1 ton sporting the 6.2 .. anythign I should know about these before I drop her in ? gonna be mated to a TH400 and a N203 . pretty much low speed moose buggy that is still street legal not caring much about blazing speed . thanks

Cool thing is that you already have the motor mounts worked out . Need to have a fuel return line , throttle cable , oil cooler lines , some way to run the glow plugs , exhaust pipes and maybe some stronger springs for the extra weight . If you did the SBC , you can handle the 6.2 .
Any interest in parting out the 91 ?

Great swap in my opinion. I have a 76 Land Crusier I am going to drop a 6.2 into if the motor is not too heavy?

what do you think on weight? search brought up over 1k in weight.. I say no and posted a tharead on 6.2 weight.

Have you starated your conversion yet?
