Alrighty, my SES light went bonkers and I pulled the codes...I got 4 codes.

DTC 32 - EGR Circuit Error
DTC 33 - EGR Control Pressure/Baro Sensor Circuit High
DTC 35 - Injection Pulse Width Error (Response Time Short)
DTC 78 - Turbo Wastegate Solenoid Fault

Anyone want to give me some advice on where to start here? Seems like alot of codes to come up at once!!

Thanks

Well, sounds like your vac.pump quit working. Pull line off coming from pump and ck. for vaccum. This being a starting point;)

Well, I pulled that line at the pump. It has suction, not sure how much sould be there at idle? And there was suction going to the wastegate and other assorted things!!

Well, used the actual guage. Vac from the pump read 24 and at the wastegate read 11 at idle. Haven't done the egr yet. Are these readings normal?
Thanks

Vaccum looks good. Try clearing codes, remove both neg.battery cables for a few min.See if codes reset. EGR may be causing the problem. Lower codes are the ones to deal with first. CK vaccum at EGR.

It was bouncing between 4 and 5 on the egr line.

All the stuff I took was at idle. Do I need to take these at other places? And what to check next?

Thanks

Mine sets similar codes. But ONLY when driven on the highway at speed on a hot day and the air on.It takes mine about 20 minutes. Splice a vacum gauge to the pump line and put the gauge under the wiper where you can see it,and go for a ride. The reading has to be a steady 20 or 25 inches.Good Luck, let us know what happens.
