Somewhere between my glow plug controller and glow plug relay on my 84, there is a temperature inhibit switch that prevents the glow plugs from firing when the engine temp is 125 or more. Like me, my engine is a bit tired. It needs some glow even when the engine is warm. I want to take the switch out of the loop. From what I understand, there is a blue wire coming off of the controller and going to the relay with this switch somewhere in between. I looked around a bit and didn't see anything that looked like a temperature inhibit switch, but I wouldn't know one if I saw one. It's not on the coolant crossover pipe. Any clues are appreciated.

The switch, if it still exists, is at the rear of the RH cylinder head, in the blocked-off water port, just to the rear of the #8 intake port.

10-4. Found it, jumpered the wires, and all is good. Thanks for the great info!
