Was looking for replacement cord in the lost forums, Found replacement at local Peterbilt dealer. He had it listed in a catalog from Phillips & Temro, Part # 3600006. Its about 1 1/2 ft shorter than OEM but was $9.00 Instead of $29.00 from My pals at GM.
All that said I also need a patient person to explain the boost fooler or how to make one. Turbo-master works great and the truck likes a little extra boost but I set codes empty at 22-2400 rpm 74 mph (99 sub 4;10s ) I run the nut up just a fraction maybe 1/8 in. and I get code. with recomended setting all works fine.

Sounds like you don't have enough boost. The nut on my turbo master is backed in about 2 inches. Do you have any gages? I had the turbo master installed without the boost gage. I still got infrequent codes. When I did finally install the boost gage, I noticed my boost was to low. I adjusted boost and no longer get any codes.

That's a 6-footer. The 7.5 footer is #300010, about the same price, I think.

No boost gauge, I set the turbo-master at the recomended length in the instructions and it works fine , no codes. Its when I turn the nut in a little more to give it a little more boost that it sets a light. but runs a little stronger. I do very little towing and like the way it runs with the little extra boost, and would like to get around the light. but just to make sure Ill scan it before the light resets. Thanks for your reply

Kennedy sells a boost control for about $90 that is completely plug-n-play. It modifies the signal coming from the boost sensor and will eliminate the code problem.

I also had it installed at the recommended length, and that turned out to not be enough.

I guess a boost gauge is where I should start and be sure of exactly where the boost is at and go from there.
Thanks Dave
