I got a IP, injector lines and complete engine wire harness from the local wrecker today for a whole 20 bucks. I am a little confused though it's a DB2-4502 with makes it a 1984-87 6.2 Light Duty IP but the part number on it is 14050587 which indicates that it's a 1982-83 6.2 Light Duty DB2-4126 ... any ideas which one it really is? Suppose it doesn't really matter as they are both light duty IP's
Something else funny too ... the harness appears to be untampered and it has a 82-83' glow plug controller setup and 84+ fuel filter. It's also had newer glow plugs and the same fuel return lines as my 94' 6.5TD. Does this sound normal, I am not sure what year the truck is because all the serial plates are gone. I am thinking it's had some work done to it.
Gota go back in a few days to get the rest of the parts I need for completing my 92' block and heads (intake, vacumm pump, timing cover, fuel return lines, injectors)
