Hi guys,i have not been able to work on my sub because of time and not having a second car,but this is what i discover so far: #5 injector leaks or better if i say that i took out all the glow plugs, none of the others were wet but #5, so i'm still hoping that i don't have to do the major operation on this engine,i sure bought a compression test from SEARS not able to use it yet, also the pump gets stuck if you accelerate(supossed to be rebuilt) any way i wonder if the leaking injector and maybe a faulty pump will leadme to this noise and shakey truck,i surely have switched the injector with a different one and still wets the glow plug, so maybe not the injectors but the pump, this week end i'm planing on switching pumps and comp test then go from there,i trust this engine i don't know why?.

If I understand you correctly, you're saying that when you remove glowplugs that the tip of the glowplug will be wet with the smell of Diesel fuel?
If that's the case, it's possible that either the injector is spraying streams of fuel verses a mist, you'd hear a knock too.
Or, that preticular cylinder is not firing, due to some other reason, like no compression.
If the leak was external (leaking on the outside of the engine onto the glowplug) it's the injector or the line connection/washer/nut.
Do the compresion test before you swap out injection pumps, might save you some work if there are other places to look.

Thank you John, i finally got the answer to my problem, and ALL THAT JOB FOR NOTHING! ha , i don't care how much time i spent on my truck (replacing a few things) i'm keeping her as family, today after taking compressiont tests and after having the passenger side valve cover off , i just went ahead and unbolt it, didn't find anything wrong there so i went to the other side, i don't know why when they took the covers off from both sides could not see a broken spring on the rocker arms? it sure was on #5 cilinder but, because of low compression on this one, just went ahead and took the head off on this side any way just to later find out that it was a spring the problem, any way,i feel better that i took it apart because looks like the head gaskets were gonna be fried soon any how, tomorrow they go for machine shop, i sure saw that some valves did have some hardened oil on them, others not much, but between this and the gasket, it sure feels better to have them off the engine any way, thank you guys for the responses,by the way SEARS compression kit comes with a glow plug diesel adapter,we don't have to buy it separate, and it doesn't have the one for the injector, you have to loose the manifolds to get the adaptor in place, becareful on the passenger side if the manifold is attached to the exhaust pipe it may touch the power on the starter motor and short out,so just keep it away from the engine with something between if you are to do acompression test, that was my lesson today.
