I received a call and an offer to sell it back to me. I don't have a use or the time for it, but said I would mention it. The key idea here is to get it into the hands of someone familiar with the 6.5 and will really appreciate it. There may also be a request to "borrow" the turbo for analysis. It was a custom job and may well be worth reproducing.

I must make one thing clear. I make no warranty whatsoever. It has been out of my care for 2 years now. I'd also like to see it end up here for a visit...

How much does he want and why is he getting rid of it?

Solidly below $10k. His accountant said to get a new vehicle. Also, he had aspirations to do some OBD 2 programming which pretty much fell through.

I believe he said 177k on the clock. He says he's kept up with it quite well, and except for a few scratches and dings it's basically in same shape as it was when he took over. He plans to do a few pics for the web.

If I only had a use for it, I probably spent as much on the engine as it will sell for...
