turbo wastegate solenoid failure

well I got a 95 6.5 in a suburban 3 in. banks fsd cooler problem is wastegate solenoid has been replaced twice it works for about 6-8 hundred miles and quits working it has afairly new vac pump with good vactry question is what would keep killin the solenoid or would a boost controller be the best fix

How are the vacume lines? They crack very easy when moved arround. Just a thought...........

Seems harness is big issue here, w/wires breaking at the plug to the solenoid. However, mine broke inside harness as it comes through firewall in footwell passenger side front. Any passenger can damage the harness by simply putting feet forward w/toes up into area where harness comes through firewall stretch out, this slowly over time results in damaging harness and even pulling pins from the computer plugs going into EMC.
