For those of you that have been following my posts - truck #2 goes in for another oil change today and now has over 12K miles on the used Ebay motor. Only hiccup was an FSD and a valve cover that wants to leak on one corner.
Tuesday, I started up the truck at 7AM, loaded it with 12.5K in tow, and returned with 9.5K (hay, big wind resistance) in tow from South Dakota. 750 total miles, averaged around 70mph, and the engine ran 18 hours straight with no shutoff until I arrived home at 1AM.
Its been a journey, but this truck has gone from a headache to my favorite work-horse - thanks to all the advice and info learned here on the DP!
