Black smoke when starting

I've been noticing when I start up in the morning I get a puff of black smoke. Once it starts no more smoke. Just wondering if that is normal.

If it's just a puff at start up, it's absolutely normal.

Yup
Had many of these creatures and that puff of black is just right on start up.
The fuel mix is just a tad rich " as it is supposed to be " and once the rig starts everything adjusts for the run mode.
