BEST prices on 2006 LBZ's??

I have an here with a real lowball price on a full tilt(well, almost full tilt) LT3 Chevy 3500 srw, I think. LBZ, 6 speed Allison, Crewie, 4x4, lots of bells and whisltes, sunroof, rear dvd, leather. Brand new, not used, not titled, listed at $39797. Can this be for real? The same trucks I priced out AT INVOICE last year INVOICED at $42k+, and went up from there.
Bait and switch? There is a stock number.......

prices can be all over the board right now......just picked up my 06 loaded lbz, all but sunroof. 4x4 cc long box 3500 slt package, xm, onstar.

44900, less 1750 area rebates, plus a extra 1000 for a brochure i requested, got a coupon with brochure. dealer never saw that one. pnb code ?

the other neat thing i did was trade in my 03 navi which lease ends this month, offer matched buyout, but saved 6% of 26500 which was traded value. another 1400 bucks or so saved.

i guess start by asking for dealer invoice and go from there.

lot a good deals to be had with gas/fuel prices up......dealer i got my lbz from said lots of diesels going in last month.
