production date of new 3500 dually?

Was at the dealership today to purchase the 3500 lt3 dually. Salesperson told me to wait for the new design coming out very soon.

Is he telling me this because he does not have any in inventory?

Any info of this new design?

Last I heard, production on the 900's wasn't supposed to crank up until the end of this summer. If I had to guess, I'd say the truck is going to look something like the 2007 Tahoes that have been running around for a couple months. GM is keeping the access to the pickups pretty tight after someone snapped some pics of the Tahoe pre-release in a studio a while back.

I just hope the headlights are smaller on the truck from what they have on the Tahoe... that may work for a Cadillac or an SUV, but not a truck. Plus, that's got to be a $400 lens!

The trucks will start up after the July shut down,BUT they will be close to what you see now!! The 2007 900 platform trucks (25 & 35 HD) won't be built till the start of 2007. That will be the new design.
