Which wire do I cut on the oil sender?

As the name inmplies. I'm going to do the mod with the oil pressure sender fuel pump feed wire to see if it helps cure the electrical problem I've been having. If the problem happened all the time, then maybe this would be easier.
An erractically running fuel pump so far is the only thing I can think of that can possibly cause such a problem, not so much on the ignition codes but more on the fuel codes and the miss/stumble.
