does anyone have suggestions on what to use for cleaning parts, I have some fuel injection lines that have been sitting around for a while and would like to use em when I change out the injectors and pump. the set I currently have on the engine are a little tweaked and bent!!

Blow out the insides of the lines with some brake clean. Make sure you get a can with the tube, just insert your tune in the ID of the line and clean them out good. You can follow up with some compressed air to blow out the residual cleaner.

sounds easy enough, should I polish up the tips were they fit into the injectors and pump?

Roll back the nut and take your paper towel and clean those surfaces up real good, the brake clean on the soft paper towel will work well.

I use the good plain white Viva paper towels, or the blue "shop towels"
