Priced a new Sub with GM discount

Priced an LT with sunroof, 8.1 and Eaton locker:$41,000 with employee discount, not including tax. This is why I am keeping my 6.5 diesel Sub!

I priced a D-max extra cab the other day. It was 3K more than I paid for my regular cab 6.0L 3 1/2 years ago. Not bad.

I hate payments and I'm almost done with them on my truck so I'm not buying. Besides my 6.0 knocks like a diesel in the morning.

Priced a 2500HD with Duramax, 4K more than I paid for K3500 dually 10 years ago...........the dually is gone!

I looked before replacing my engine. With GM employee discount, 30 to 35 grand for a new Duramax, with 10g down 0% financing, payments still at $700/month. Made me decide to replace the engine in my 1993 K3500, 0% financing and NO payments! Did many upgrades. I'll keep my old truck a couple more years for that. I'll post more info when I finish this weekend.
