Breather line in left front w/well

There is a breather line looking thing coming out of the inner wheel well, left front, that just left a puddle of something on my garage floor, as well as the top of the upper control arm. Any ideas?

There is also a front diff breather hose on the inside of the driver's side wheel well. I once had a little oil dripping from the end of the tube after a very cold day of driving ... after that one time it never dripped again .. Seems like I noticed it not too long after changing the front diff fluid .. I may have slightly overfilled it ...
