With this new bulletin board, you can send a Private Message (PM) to any poster by clicking on his name in his post. If you receive a Private Message, in the little box in the upper right that says "Welcome, Your Screen-name" there will be a number other than 0 (zero) after Private Messages: Unread

If you then click on the Private Messages link, you can read the message, and reply if you so choose.
