Alignment Question

My 2002 has pulled to the left consistantly since it was new. I've had it aligned (once under warranty) a couple of times. I've also rotated the front tires side to side. These treatments usually reduce the pull for a while, but it never goes away completely. Does anyone have any ideas or cures for this problem?
