According to the following link, the Duramax engine only weighs 836 pounds due in part to its aluminum heads.

So my question is: How much does the current Ford Powerstroke and Dodge Cummins weigh?

The 5.9L Cummins weighs 1100+... Don't know about the PSD.

I believe the 6.0 wieghs more than the 7.3 did. I think its around 1000 pounds.
