What's the best & easy way to change this switch on my '90 GMC? Would it be easier to drop the column? My big hands just can't quite get in there.

I hope by the non-responses here that these switches don't go out often and evidently not too many of you have changed them.

I got it in a shop today. It took the guy about 10 minutes and he only charged me $20. The hard part seemed to be getting the tab set right.
