Pipe is 3.5" from the turbo outlet all the way back. Muffler is actually a 4" Magnaflow.

Looks great! I've got a 1995 C3500 Dually flatbed extended cab that I'd like to do the exhaust on. What sort of $$ did this place charge? Did they fab it all or did you buy a kit for install?

He did it all custom. There wasn't any kit that was even close to what I needed. The pipe is all 14ga. The crossover is 2 1/2". It set me back about $750. I have seen people pay that for an off-the-shelf system.

Interesting. Did you upgrade the Jeep's suspension for the added weight of the 6.5, or is it up to par already?

Waggys all have a problem with the stock rear springs sagging, so it sits level with the diesel. It will be getting a 4" lift in the near future.

I've been tracking your post way back when you started this ideal. Looking good and EX system should last. Ever thought about coating the system for a lift time of use?
Test drive getting close?
What Mods have you done to the ENG?
By the looks of the front it's been treated :D

My uncle works for a metal plating company - we have been talking about ceramic coating the whole thing.

As for engine mods - timing gears, main cap girdle and studs, ARP head studs, match port intake and heads. Then there's the MHI turbo...
