egr or not

I have a 86 Blazer with a 6.2 and a egr manifold I would like to replace the manifold with a heavy duty non-egr one. What I would like to know is can I just replace the manifold or do you have to replace the heads to.

No need to change the heads, they are all very similar except for valve size. All you need is a non-egr intake manifold, AND non-egr intake manifold gaskets. These gaskets have stainless steel inserts that block off the crossover exhaust passages in the head.
