EGT Probe Location

My old 1987 Banks turboed 6.2 gave up with 221K under its belt. Am putting in a 6.5 and going N/A. I would like to keep the EGT gauge working and was wondering where to weld a nut to mount the probe. Have still got the 3 inch single exhaust, but may go to a dual system.

As close to one off the manifolds.
But why going N/A if you have the turbo stuff lying around?

Reason for taking off Turbo is to keep it simple. I use Suburban mostly to run around in and only tow about once a year. This makes it easier for an old fellow to work on.

ALSO, thought I would sell my old system to help pay for the replacement engine.
