Location Coolent Temp Sending Unit

Dr. Lee, Am trying to troubleshoot an inop coolent gauge in 1984 K5 Blazer w. 6.2L and I'm wondering about location of sendor unit for my application. Could you help me?

If you haven't had this answered elsewhere on the 6.2L forum, the location for the sender is on the drivers side head up front. So, # 1 cylinder, by the first glow plug on the drivers side of the engine towards the front. If AC equipped, it will be under that.
