New Block

I need help to find a new block for my 99 burb. I am a master mechanic but can not find a block to start a rebuild with. My 6.5 TD developed a larg crack in the main at 107,000 miles. I do have most of the other parts rat-holed.
So what is the best block and where can I get one?
