Guess thats why it says "Diesel Fuel Only" above my fuel needle.

But, which engines are having the problem? Is it all the new truck gas engines? Or specifically problems with the 4.8's, 5.3's, 6.0's or the 8.1 litre engines? I have heard people talking about a 5.3 that a dealer told them the knock was normal, I thought that was B.S. too, knocking engine, new engine.

So is it true that the problem was corrected mid-2002? I sure hope so 'cause I bought an '04 Sub with the 6.0 in November. :(
