Superchips programer

I have a 2003 D-MAX crew and pull a 34' Tag-a-long, 11500 - 12500 lbs. I currently get an honest 11 mpg average towing, occasionally 14-hi, 10-low mpg. I have purchased a Superchips programer in hopes of increasing MPG. I tow in cruse @ 60 MPH max. Anyone have any suggestions or experience with this? I haven't received the programer yet.
