I haven't "tested" my CDR valve on my 1995 6.5 Turdbo Diesel yet, but due to loss of oil and and lots of oil seeping from the upper intake and found before turbo intake I am considering R&Ring this item. I already have a CDR valve brand new that was a take off from a non turbo 6.5 setup, I got it with the intake. I was comparing part numbers on the two and they are different. I was wondering if there really is a difference in the CDR valve used on a turbo model verses a non turbo model? Here are the part numbers:

Non Turbo - 25097696
Turbo - 25098666

Upon further visual inspection, they're different, mainly in the length of the inlet and outlets, same diameter tubing used though. I'll order one from the dealer, and R&R it at a later date.

Difference is tension in spring rate - turbo is higher to compensate for increased vacuum available with turbo compressor.
