Any recommendations for GM diesel shops in the Albany, NY area?

Any to avoid?

I try to stay as far away from the dealer as I can, but my neighbor has had good luck with Gendron taking care of his 8.1/Allison. Course that doesn't mean they have a clue about the 6.5...

Thanks for the info. I have also heard good things about Gendron's work on gas-powered light trucks. I'll call them and see about their techs' experience with the 6.5.

Will let you know how the Gendron's experience goes. I'll start things with them after I search this forum for "no start" problems, and post a question or two.
