Enjoy: Ron Savage's Chevy (http://users.frii.com/cybrrngr/coolwheels/ronsavage/)
A little too tricked-out for my tastes, but definitely a feat of design and engineering!

It`s cool.I think I would have gone to a Med.or HD size power plant,though.A 6BT in a lil`step-side 2wd would be slick.I`m planning to buy an M1008 to donate drivetrain for my`72 K2500 SierraGrande.I`ve got alot of Hi-perf parts,already,from the roached 6.5TD out of my`95(`97cooling,hi-pops,gear-drive,and a turbo set-up.By next fall,I hope.
I think britannic is dreaming with his eyes wide open :D

Yeah you`re right,Animal.I just thought a bigger yet mill would fit the exaggerated nature of that rig.I`m assuming it`s sitting on Med Duty frame rails. With the output potential of the 6BT,I`m sure it could be quite a mover. But just like my reference to the 6BT in a lil`short bed,a motor with say 1,000hp potential in that thing is what I`m talkin` about.Wish I had a 6BT for my`72 GMC.

There are guys with dyno charts over on TDR with dyno figures of 800-1000HP and torque values are anywhere between 800-1400ft/lb with the 6BT. The Cummins 8.3 I6 motor would be very adequate for 1000HP and is very understressed at 750HP.

There ya go!But I can`t knock this accomplishment,Quite a feat!!I have a picture of my ol`84 sitting at a truck stop next to a HD semi with a 3+3 Crew-cab sitting on it.I was at the end of the roll,so it`s the only shot I got.I was using it for a background. It was awesome looking straight at the front(flat-bed trailer).
