93 K3500 Rear Axle Question

I read somewhere, don't remember where, that the rear axle assy for a 93 3500 1 Ton is the same for a SRW & DRW. I ask this as I am considering changing my SRW to A DRW to give more stabilty when hauling my camper. Also, I have not looked at any DRW trucks, and I am curious if the inside rim on a DRW is the same as a SRW.
