Service Brake System all warning lights on

Got into my truck to go home from running errands on Saturday, chimes ringing like crazy, "Service Brake System" across driver information panel, all brake warnings on.

Had it towed to garage. Part is on "national backorder" per the service guy. He says that the blower fan backfeeds current to the ABS computer, if you don't shut the fan off before shutting off the truck.

Has anyone heard about this?

(Engine shuts down when you shut it off, nothing else does until you open the door. New design?)

OOPS now I see...

Most accessories are on delay,untill you open doors and interior lights come on ..... I't's a courtesy so you can power up windows and other options... This option isn't new as my 01 has it....

I'm not sure what the dealer is talking about, as you shouldn't have to turn anything off if you don't want to prior to shutting vehicle off .... Dealer seems a bit misinformed...You just may have a faulty ABS controller .... Let us know what happens...
