Canidian trucks, dash switching info needed?

Does anyone know for sure if used CA trucks get american dashes for MPH instead of KPH? This truck says 40K american but it appears to have more then that? How to tell?

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

My 2500HD was a Canadian truck switched over. My fuel cap is different on both and the wait to start light is different. My 3500 has a orange square around the words and the 2500HD has orange words only. The owners manual is in KMs in the 2500HD vs. Miles on my 3500. The headlights also will not shut off at night when the dome light is pushed 4 times in 5 seconds. Headlights are on for good at night. Can't think of anything else right now. This should give you a start.
