Transmission swap complete

I just finished my transmission swap to a NV4500 on my truck. I learned a lot and it wasn't all that big of project. If anyone is considering this I would be glad to offeradvice based on my experience with the swap.

Wow, thats alot of work for a 99.Sounds like a serious project.If you have any pictures of the swap,or the truck period,I would like to see them.I had a 98 454 dually,before the diesel,that I wanted to switch to single rear wheels for a couple of reasons, but never got to it.I would like to see how it came out.

Was about to email you to see how it went glad that you got it together. Also thanks for the flow chart just got my truck back and as soon as I am able to start working on it the clutch is the first thing I am going to tackle. How stiff is your clutch? If it is to push in I may give you a holler ask for some advice

I have a '91 S-15 Jimmy and a '91 C1500 with a manual that I can compare to. The new diesel clutch is a little harder to push than these but not a lot. My wife is small and has rheumatoid arthritis but she never complains about how hard the clutches are to use.
