SRW 3500?

What is known for sure about this truck?

I was originally going to get the Ford F350SRW with the 6.0, but changed my mind a while ago due to engine problems and lack of DVD for the kidlets.

The Ford SRW 350 isn't much different than the 250, it's mostly badging. Then again, it's about the same price.

Anyone have some good intel on this Chevy?

From what I understand, the only difference between the 2500HD and the 3500SRW will be the rear end weight capacity.

If you need the additional capacity (700# more than the 2500HD), you don't have much choice. Either up the capacity of a 2500HD , or get a 3500.

On the other hand....In CA, it will mean about $100 more in weight fees over the HD. I know it's a real sore subject lately.
