Does anyone know what GM did to make the "04" 3500 srw? Tires? Springs?

Stock tires on the 2004 3500 SRW are 265-75-16.I would guess this helped to bring the GVWR up to 9900 pounds.

Heard that the 265's were an option on the new 3500 so I dont know whats up. Have 265 class d's (same rating as the 245 class e's) on mine now, putting on 265 class e's tomarrow. Does this mean I could raise my GVW to 9900?
Camper is only 2300 lbs (wet, no gear) but want the extra margin on safty because of the crappy roads we drive on.

They are probably adding helper springs like the 3500's have.
