I believe the cross over is listed as two seperate parts. This is what I used when doing my 97+ upgrade.
T-Housing-upper pt# 12564276
T-Housing-lower pt# 12553405

The price total @ GM parts direct = $101.50 plus shipping, I've seen these go for $125 on EBay used. Makes you wonder.

If the van is different, I MAY have one here as I have a box of wiring, etc from a van engine. I believe it was the same and sold with the serpentine setup, but memory fails me on this.
