Do those rims look different? They look like 6 spoke rims, I thought they were 5 spoke rims. Otherwise, it looks just like the 2500HD as expected.

I have a hunch that those wheels are 16"x7.0" (or maybe even wider, as all the tire manufactures sites I've been to require at least 7.0" wide rims for LT265/75R16 LR E tires, which I'm betting is what the tires will be on the 3500 SRW.

It sure looks like the rear end sits up about an inch or two higher to me,than a 2500HD, the way it should be.

I agree it is definitely higher in the rear.
So most likely larger spring pack. Tires also look a bit larger than 245s, more like 265s.
