need nelp with ODLO

I need the help of all you experts. I installed the over drive lock out switch and I'm having some problems. I installed the momentary switch and LED. I also have the correct TCM version (3/24/02). When I'm stopped, I can engage and disengage the ODLO. As soon as the wheels start moving I can't change the setting. If the ODLO is engaged, I can't disengage it while moving. If it is not engaged, I can't engage it while moving. I double checked the positions in the TCM wiring harness (yes, its in the C1 harness) and made sure the pins were the same length as the the rest of them.
Anyone have any suggestions? I NEED HELP!

Your ODLO install is definitely not working as expected. A few things that I would try to troubleshoot your install:

1) Disconnect the 12V from the LED and then recheck ODLO operation.
2) Check the momentary switch with a multimeter to ensure that it not faulty, or try another switch.
3) Verify that you have the correct wires going to the momentary switch (C1-12 and C1-28) and the LED (C1-20).
