Yesterday I had my Allison transmission serviced at a local Allison dealer.Deep pan,TranSynd flush ect. I also had the NBSU changed out preventatively.I was surprised that I had the black one on my 2003.The dealer was very interested in the way you guys taught me to do this flush. They work with mostly bigger stuff and had not serviced many pickups.In other words I was able to teach them a few new tricks. It was nice to have some knowledge and I want to thank you all especially Hoot for his compiled notes.
I'm unable to service my truck myself due to health problems and thought if others were in the same boat you might be interested in the cost.
