Wiring harness question under cab-fuel tank area

There is a wiring harness looped together and attached to the frame near the fuel tank. It comes from the front apparently and the tag seems to indicate that it is a 7-way wiring harness for a trailer hook up. It goes nowhere, it's just rolled up and wire tied together.

I have already installed a Prodigy with the jumper to the electrical panel and the trailer brakes work fine.

Is this extra harness for another hook option?

Should be the wiring harness for the 5th wheel/camper option. To be used to wire a connecter in the box for a 5er or a pickup camper. This wiring just duplicates the connections of your trailer connector.

That's what I thought. I've never owned a fifth wheel so I didn't know if it just plugged in under the bumper somehow too. Thanks.
