have a 92 c1500 2wd with nv4500 5sp trans and tuesday lost a spring off the disc and got wedged in pressure plate.now this truck originally had a 6.2 but in 96 when it scored a piston they put in a new 6.5 because the dealer couldn't find a 6.2.well i put in the 6.2 clutch and now it has a weird vibration.it happens at certain engine speeds inotice it at 62 going along and then when it comes on it feels kinda like a hop in the back it(hops)at a rate of like 3 times a second or so,if i let off or get on it it quits.i also notice it in 3rd and second.well checked with the parts house(ac delco dist)and they show a different part number between the 6.2 and 6.5 clutch,could this clutch be causing the vibration.also if you hold steady and it does it it will come on slow get worse than fade away than 20 -30 seconds later do it again
