Mag Hytec differential cover

Is this the correct cover for a 2001 2500HD? GM 14-11.5 It holds about 8 qts. Best price I can find is $265.00

The Mag-Hytec GM14-11.5 is the correct differential for the Dmax/Allison 2500HD/3500 trucks. Check THIS LINK (http://community.webshots.com/s/image4/9/78/46/59797846jdCjQJ_fs.jpg) for a pic of this cover on my 2001 3500. The pic is out of focus, but if you look carefully you can read the numbers. On my computer/browser, if you move the mouse around on the picture and then stop moving, a zoom 'button' appears in the lower right corner to magnify the view.
